I hope your holiday season was peaceful and filled with love. My apologies for not reaching you sooner, I have been working on some exciting stuff to share and didn’t want to disturb your holiday peace. How is this month coming along for you so far?  I have been seeing clients virtually since I began as a holistic practitioner back in 2011, being a military spouse has often meant that in-person events and services have been more challenging to make accessible but this year I’ve got it dialed in for you!

We have access to sessions in the Salt Cave and/or Reiki room both beautiful space for hypnotic reiki sessions with sound healing, aromatherapy, and crystal healing add ons available. I also offer clinical and transpersonal hypnotherapy, coaching, mentoring and limited events here too.

I am always available for virtual appointments for coaching, hypnotherapy, mediumship, and mentoring. In fact, I have even expanded on what I offer virtually now with opening my first Etsy shop.

I’m excited to now have a way of sending you quality-made mp3’s, hypnotherapy and meditation scripts, journal prompts, and workbooks! And of course lots of readings and hypnosis sessions.

Here is some of what you can expect to see in my Etsy shop, and if there’s something you have been looking for let me know, I bet others would enjoy those same ideas and I am happy to bring them to life for you.

Liv Kennedy and I talked about the red flags of burnout, effects, who burnout affects, and new strategies for managing in a more holistic way, and of course, we ended it off with a bit of progressive muscle relaxation and hypnotherapy.
