As a transpersonal clinical hypnotherapist and coach, I specialize in helping clients break through challenges, create new choices, and make exciting life changes. With a focus on trauma healing, personal and spiritual development, I am passionate about empowering individuals to break free from codependency and become empowered empaths.

I am a certified QHHT and IEMT practitioner and have extensive training in transpersonal psychology, hypnotherapy, and coaching. Additional training for Spirit Releasement Therapy with Laura Whitworth- SCHH

Additionally, I am a Southwest Institute of Healing Arts alumni with certifications in Mind-Body Wellness with Spiritual Studies focus, Integrative Healing Arts with a major of Clinical Hypnotherapy and Spiritual Coaching.
