Past Life Regression Therapy is useful in releasing deeply seated emotions, bringing to consciousness the reasons for fears and phobias, giving an understanding of self, the soul, and revealing astounding insights into relating dynamics and changing beliefs of varying degrees. It’s a modality that helps even the most stuck clients to release mental, emotional, and even physical impressions, energies, and somatic effects. In bringing to light, understanding, and releasing we can frequently resolve patterns, limiting beliefs, and shift our way of living.

I was burnt out, trying to stay invisible and feeling insignificant. It wasn’t a good look or way of living to fuel my esteem, I believed it kept me safe but even that was false. I came to SWIHA- Southwest Institute of Healing Arts, to heal my personal trauma when other approaches fell short, and then when I did I knew I was meant to share it.

As I became a hypnotist and had personal practice sessions, I received many of my own regressions I later regretted not having a place to capture and treasure my findings in a way that really preserved those details that mattered to me most. I wanted more than a scrapbook, something that would allow me to relive each life, each of the lessons and takeaways more deeply. That’s what I have created for you here!
