Clove & Cinnamon Tea: A Healing Ritual for Body and Spirit

In my journey through post-COVID syndrome, I experienced a whirlwind of exhaustion, lingering congestion, brain fog, and a frustrating cough that just wouldn’t go away. My doctor provided reasonable recommendations, but I knew I needed something more—something that would truly support my system during this challenging time.

Clove & Cinnamon Tea

A Healing Ritual for Body and Spirit

In my journey through post-COVID syndrome, I experienced a whirlwind of exhaustion, lingering congestion, brain fog, and a frustrating cough that just wouldn’t go away. My doctor provided reasonable recommendations, but I knew I needed something more—something that would truly support my system during this challenging time.

One of the most beneficial additions to my self-care routine has been Clove & Cinnamon Tea. It’s simple, yet incredibly powerful, and I’ve been amazed by how transformative it has been for both my physical health and overall well-being.

Why Clove & Cinnamon Tea?

Both cloves and cinnamon have long been used for their medicinal properties, and when combined, they create a powerhouse blend of benefits. Here’s why I recommend it to clients and why it worked so well for me:

  • Clove: Cloves are antifungal, antimicrobial, and anti-inflammatory, with a wealth of powerful properties. They help clear congestion, promote respiratory health, and even support your immune system. Cloves can also reduce candida and act as an expectorant, helping to clear mucus from the respiratory system.
  • Cinnamon: Known for its anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties, cinnamon can help reduce inflammation and improve circulation. It supports digestion and stabilizes blood sugar levels, which was particularly helpful in curbing my sugar cravings during my dietary transition.

The first time I tried this tea, I was shocked by how quickly my body responded. Not only did the sugar cravings vanish, but I noticed the brain fog clear up instantly. My energy improved, and my body felt more balanced. By the second cup, my cough and congestion had reduced, inflammation was gone, and I began sleeping deeply. I realized that these two humble ingredients were working together to rebalance my system in ways I never expected.

As I continued drinking the tea, I also noticed an unexpected side effect—my weight began to reduce. The cravings that typically drove me to unhealthy foods no longer seemed to exist, and my ketogenic carnivore lifestyle became so much easier to maintain.

For spirit releasement clients, I also recommend this tea regularly as part of their healing process. The anti-inflammatory properties and immune-boosting effects of this tea can help support the body as it rebalances itself, especially when undergoing deep energetic work. It’s gentle yet effective and has quickly become a staple in my wellness routine.

I recommend drinking this tea first thing in the morning on an empty stomach for maximum benefits. You can also enjoy it before bed to promote deeper sleep. And for those of you navigating post-illness recovery or spirit releasement, consider making this part of your routine at least 2-3 times a week to support your body’s healing process.

Why I Recommend It to Spirit Releasement Clients

For those undergoing spirit releasement work, maintaining a balanced and supported physical body is essential as it assists in the energetic and emotional healing process. Clove & Cinnamon Tea is a wonderful addition to this journey because of its immune-boosting, anti-inflammatory, and anti-parasitic properties. Both cloves and cinnamon have been shown to help fight off unwanted pathogens, including parasites that can disrupt the body’s natural energy flow. When clients are working through energy blockages or releasing old, stagnant energy, it can take a toll on the body. This tea helps restore balance by supporting the immune system, reducing inflammation, and clearing congestion, allowing the body to heal more effectively. Additionally, its anti-parasitic effects help cleanse the body of harmful organisms that may be contributing to emotional or energetic imbalances. It can also help stabilize emotions and prevent sugar cravings, making it a great tool for clients looking to ground and integrate their healing experience. Incorporating this tea into their routine helps them feel more energized, focused, and supported as they continue their spiritual work.

Final Thoughts

This simple yet powerful tea has helped me feel better than I have in months, and I’m confident it can offer the same support for you. Whether you’re dealing with lingering illness, struggling with sugar cravings, or just looking for a way to enhance your self-care routine, Clove & Cinnamon Tea is worth adding to your day.

Instructions

  • Add the cloves and cinnamon stick to a pot with 20 ounces of water.
  • Bring to a boil and then reduce the heat to a simmer for 5-10 minutes. (Often I cover it to save the vapors to inhale before sipping)
