Another way that trauma steals from us is that the loss of self & strong emotions can create a vacuum of power within us. Which is why after someone has been through abuse they are more likely to develop an addiction, another way that foreign energies can attempt to tap into our systems.

Some of the early signs are bad dreams, night terrors, sleep paralysis, a change in your base line emotions and expression. Feeling off, like something's got a hold on you and keeping you back and or down.

Sometimes its like looking at your life through a foggy blurry lenses, its your life but feels a bit disconnected and distant.

Last week my family said good bye to our last two ferrets, both elderly, both ill and we didn't want to add pain and suffering to that list. Jon was already in decline, he had been loosing all of his muscle mass and the use of his back legs. Valyria was the epitome of a ferrets ferret, she loved Jon with every ounce of her being and she was already living with adrenal cancer, causing her belly to look like a football. Any time I separated them she frantically looked for him as though she was driven by a motor.

I've kept ferrets my whole life, ever since I was in elementary school through now to my early 40's. I've rescued, fostered and helped adopt out ferrets when families could no longer keep them or afford their end of life medical bills which could quickly add up. I know how their stories go.

​So the next step wasn't surprising, but was dreaded. What I didn't expect was what came next....!

We went to the vet, a place we have been many many times before, especially on hard days as a family with many pet members. As we waited something was different this time, the energy was somewhat heightened and the staff seemed really unempathetic, even rude. I was shocked, as was my husband.

In the past we have opted for at home euthanasia when it was time to lay a loved one to rest, but this time it wasn't available by the time it was needed. The clinic we went to was the only one with availability when we called ahead, and they have been known for preditory practices in their google reviews, milking vulnerable peoples emotions to offer more services at a premium fee. We mitigated this by paying ahead of service, at least so we thought.

During what was already a hard moment in our lives both my spouse and I became angry with the vet staff, something that is both out of character for each of us! That should have been my first hint of negative energy at play.

​One thing I see often as a Spirit Releasement practitioner is my clients having picked up an entity, foreign energy or even earthbound spirit(person that passed away but is still in some kind of emotional turmoil and not yet chosen to go to the light, which often happens with addicts, or in the case of violent unexpected deaths) Use heightened emotional situations to infiltrate an unexpecting energetic vibrational match. In this case it was myself and spouse in grief, not a vibration we spend much of our lives in, however the emergency vet often holds that energy and can attract low vibrational beings as a result.

​And I have to admit, as sensitive and empathic person I've always been able to feel these energies and entities but had never clocked why it was happening. And it's because people are vulnerable and it's easiest for them then to hijack ones energy.

HINT: Places like hospitals, schools, public transportation, shelters, can be a feeding ground because let's face it, they are rarely energetically cleared, physically cleaned well, or smudged.

After a very grueling and late night, my spouse and I said our tearful good byes, felt the whole range of emotions and energetic drain as we drove home to our family of two less members. We each grieved in our own ways over the next few days.

I started to notice feeling less like myself within 3-4 days, less focused, more sad. At first I figured its just grief, and grief is weird. Friday night was a violent sleep for me, I woke up swinging and kicking at the air, so much so my spouse was also disturbed. We both chalked it up to stress. But by Monday evening the sleep disturbance began to be more intense having gorey and bloody dreams with sad and heavy themes, and by Wednesday early morning even sleep paralysis and a night terror.
At first I recall dreaming something really intense and it woke me, as I lay there attempting to slip back into sleep I felt cold energy over the top of my body as the dogs were too kicking and dreaming intensely. I turned onto my back and I felt myself drifting deeper down, but then felt a weird sensation like I had a large snake moving its way up my body under the sheet, I could feel it like it was making skin to skin contact, it was that moment that when I tried to move I realized I couldn't!!

Simultaneously I felt something like an arm move under my pillow below my neck from the empty side of my bed and yank my whole body off the bed!! I could feel myself stuck on the side of the bed next to the wall but unable to respond, no words, despite trying to cry out for help, only the ability to reach upward with one arm. Then I realized, this isn't real, this is an energetic attack of something trying to get in.

No sooner than I thought it I was in my bed and had never left, breath moving at a quick pace but safe and intact. I immediately began to call in my spiritual releasement team! Working with them all around me as I would with a client on my reiki table. I don't know how long it took, time is so hard to track when we are in trance. It could have been minutes but felt like an hour as I diligently worked with Angels, Archangels, Ascended Masters and Guides, even Master Jesus and Hilarion to reclaim my sovereignty. 

I cleared my body, heart and mind, then my dogs who lay between my legs and one along my side both still dreaming intensely. I cleared the room, my home, and our property then placing protections in place.

Unfortunately these are not things that most people have and can do without intensive training like I have had since early childhood. I can work this way because I've fully developed my psychic skills, trained in the Akashic Records and Mediumship with world renowned teachers. Even if I began to train people now, most of them could already be blocked by entities they've had passed down through ancestral lines, previous traumas, and even past lives, entities that block connection and support from the light, higher consciousness and Source!
