Hypnotherapy and hypnosis are powerful tools for working with decreasing anxiety, depression, stress, and other undesirable mood states. It seems simple but listening to meditation once daily can be what makes the difference in your mindset, mood, and feelings for the rest of the day.

Some of the most inspiring people, like Oprah, Tony, Robbins, and Michael Jordan to name a few, in the world have priming and morning routines.

What Is Priming?

It's creating a routine that helps you get into a specific emotional and mental state consistently. It starts with habits such as making your bed, showering, having a good breakfast, self-care habits like working out, and using positive affirmations create patterns and overtime heavily influence your mindset and feelings.

What we do unconsciously often ends up ruling our time, attention and lives! So priming is essentially making conscious habits to help you get in the emotional and mental state that will drive you towards achieving your goals.
