You've done it before, made a New Year's resolution, promised yourself to do something differently or to STOP doing something, and within a while it fizzled out, you lost interest, even got distracted or worse got frustrated with poor results. One of the reasons that manifesting, creating resolutions, and promising yourself things doesn't work, often it's missing several key factors!

Some people don't know what they want and that lack of clarity gets lost in translation

Many people “know what they want” but can’t hold it in the body as it feels unsafe

Manifesting takes alignment, and often that's something we aren't taught to embody

The biggest culprit is the unseen, the subconscious blocks that hold us back or worse cause us to self sabotage

Which is what makes this upcoming event New Year, New Vision hosted by Integrative Wellness Center different, they are creating a safe, supportive, and high vibe atmosphere to help you along the way with creating a vision that you can fully align to.

Owners Dr. Becky Liguori, MSc.D and Joe Liguori, are a passionate team that integrates science, mindfulness, and heart-centered care to bring you a truly holistic experience — one that nurtures both physical wellness and spiritual harmony. Becky's studies in metaphysics and their combined personal spiritual practices and adventures bring a wealth of information and support in their center. They will be guiding a vision board experience to help with clarity, insight, intention, and inspiration!

This takes place on January 4th from 11:00 AM–5:00 PM

Subconscious Blocks to Manifesting

Subconscious blocks are a key reason why affirmations, vision boards, or even sometimes visualization alone don't always work, and it's not something that you can will power through.

I will be giving a presentation at 2:00 PM to share insights and understanding about 'Subconscious Blocks to Manifesting' where we can have a deeper dive and notes to help you better enhance your future manifesting!

As another powerful and effective way to boost your vision boarding experience, affirmations, and intentions we have hypnosis! Hypnosis works at the level where the subconscious are not only created but also can be rewired. Whether it was a trauma response, part of your identity, an energetic imprint through time and space from another lifetime, or the brain's poor interpretation of an early childhood event, hypnosis is where the change and alignment happen.

To empower your new vision, I have created a series of 30-minute group hypnotherapeutic meditations designed to help you calm your nervous system, release subconscious blocks, and anchor clarity for the year ahead. Throughout the day, you can choose from four focused experiences to make momentum in your New Year.
