If you've been carrying the invisible weight of trauma, burnout, people-pleasing, or emotional exhaustion…

Then you’re invited to join me for a live monthly trauma support experience unlike anything else.
Every month, we’ll gather in a safe and supportive virtual space for:
This is more than just a free session. It’s a sacred commitment — to your healing, your voice, and your journey forward.
Absolutely not. You are always welcome to participate at the level that feels right for you. Many people attend their first few sessions just to listen, and that’s perfectly fine. You’ll still benefit from the guided practices, journaling prompts, and hearing others’ perspectives.
No, this is group coaching in a trauma-informed setting. While it can be deeply healing, it is not a substitute for therapy or medical care. If you need clinical mental health treatment or are in crisis, please reach out to a professional or use the resources in our Crisis Support Guide {Found in the private Facebook Group}.
Feeling emotions in a safe, supportive environment is a normal and healthy part of healing. You’re welcome to take a break, ask for support or simply sit quietly and breathe. There’s no judgment here — we honor your process.
For privacy and safety, there are no replays. This helps everyone feel free to participate fully without worrying about being recorded.
Support groups are often focused on open sharing and listening, whereas group coaching is more structured and goal-oriented. In our sessions, you’ll experience guided nervous system regulation, coaching around a monthly theme, and practical tools to apply between sessions. You’ll also receive journal prompts to help you self-coach and take meaningful steps forward.
Yes! Part of the magic of this group is feeling the real presence of the community. Having your camera on helps create connection, safety, and trust — both for you and for others. It’s an act of bravery that says, “I’m here with you.” Even if you choose not to speak, simply being visibly present helps others feel supported and less alone.
