While this meditation was channeled and created before I became a hypnotherapist, it is still very hypnotic in nature. Do not use when you are required to be focused on other tasks such as driving, operation machinery, or when your attention is required elsewhere.

It is best used when you are in a safe environment and can completely focus on the meditation and relaxing your body, mind, and spirit. 

This meditation is designed in a way to help you connect with your Angels and gain personal insights, when used well you may find that you have some intuitive insights and guidance occurring, I recommend journaling to process your experience!
